Smart Home Improvement LLC was founded in 1993 by Aref Ramadan with one mission: deliver honest, high-quality home improvement services that Maryland families can trust. Over 30 years later, that mission hasn't changed — but the scope of our work certainly has.

What started as a small family operation has grown into one of the most experienced contracting companies in the Washington Metropolitan area. We've installed over 100,000 windows, entry doors, and sliding doors. We've completed basement finishes, kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring projects, and full-scale renovations — and we've built entire homes from the ground up, including a custom home that sold for $1.3 million.
